Participants at the conference will in advance get a preliminary bulletin which will be built upon the conclusions and the suggestions of the speakers, and on the experiences from the Nordic work the last years. The bulletin will be concluded during the last part of the conference, striving to reach agreement so that the bulletin can be spread to all actual levels in the Nordic countries.
